Fox Trot Vintage Market strives to curate a lineup of vendors that showcase a variety of different styles of vintage. From antiques, to mid-century modern, to the best 90’s tees, we love it all. We also want to show off all the beautiful makers based in our state and strike a balance between vintage and makers.

How do I become a vendor?
Fill out the application below with pictures of your booth setup and give us some back story on your business. Once we receive the application we will get back to you as soon as we can.
What is the cost to be a vendor at Fox Trot Vintage Market?
The cost varies by space and is broken up between two sections: main floor and mezzanine.
We can accomodate for a smaller space but will need significant notice.
The prices are as stated:
Mainfloor: 10’x10’: $130, 10’x14’: $170
10’x20’: $260
Mezzanine: 10’x10’ wall: $130, 12’x6’ wall: $80.
What does a curated market mean?
A curated market means that we don’t take all vendors that apply. We are insistent on bringing a market to Helena that is singular and that is primarily focused on vintage and antiques. We will fill in the market with local makers and artists but our primary objective is to promote our love of things already made!
Will Fox Trot Vintage Market respond immediately to my application and emails?
We are busy working on all the things that keep our boat afloat. So with that in mind, we will get back to you as soon as is possible.
If Fox Trot Vintage Market denies my application does it mean they hate me as a person?
Absolutely not. Having a curated market means we have to say no to lots of vendors, and it’s not because we hate you. It’s simply because our goal is to curate a market that is vintage and antiques based, with an emphasis on sustainability. We have a vision for the market that isn’t always the same as yours, but we do not have a problem with you or your business. We are just specific and mission driven.
Do I have to sell vintage to be a part of the market?
Nope! But priority is given to vintage and antique vendors. Makers and artists are welcome but spots for them are limited!
